We are looking for a professional skilled Panel Beater to join our successful, progressive Bodyshop in Llangefni. We are very proud to be BS10125 accredited with many manufacturer approvals.
A competitive pay will be dependent on experience. Monday to Friday, plus overtime opportunities.
Main purpose of Job:- To undertake repair work on all makes of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner, achieving the highest-possible standards of workmanship.
- To work effectively within the Bodyshop team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved at all times.
- Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panels.
- Replace or repair damaged parts as necessary.
- Follow schematics and specifications to ensure accurate repairs.
- Weld and assemble panels to restore the structural integrity of the vehicle.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
- Experience in panel beating or a related field is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
