Responsibilities:
- Enable current system functionality for basic tickets.
- Create insurance product user stories as needed.
- Ensure quality assurance.
- Possess knowledge of integrations for the current system and know who can assist with them.
- Understand and apply the Agile process.
- Participate in triage/application support rotation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of system integrations and troubleshooting.
- Experience with quality assurance and user story creation.
- Familiarity with the Agile process.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education Requirements:
