We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of residential properties across London and Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, organised and knowledgeable property professional who enjoys taking ownership, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. The Role: You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, carrying out tenancy administration, ensuring properties remain compliant, well maintained and that both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of mainly residential properties from start to finish.
- Overseeing all aspects of Assured Periodic Tenancies (APTs) and non-APT tenancies.
- Serving statutory notices, including Sections 8, 13, 21 and 42 where required.
- Managing rent arrears and implementing effective recovery strategies.
- Coordinating tenancy administration and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
