Looking to join a fast-growing property management company? We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager to oversee a large and varied portfolio of residential properties throughout London and Hertfordshire. This is the perfect opportunity for a confident, organised and knowledgeable property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their work. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tenancies, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and that both landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service. You will be joining a professional and supportive team to help you manage the portfolio effectively. Our office is based in the heart of Borehamwood, a stone's throw away from the High Street and Train Station. We have a fully secured car park and café on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties.
  • Overseeing all aspects of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) management, as well as Non AST.
  • Serving Section 21, 13, 8 and 42 Notices when required.
  • Managing rent arrears and implementing recovery strategies.
  • Coordinating tenancy administration, referencing, tenancy progression and rent increases.
  • Organising and managing inventories, check-ins and check-outs.
  • Managing planned and reactive property maintenance.
  • Monitoring void properties and implementing strategies.
