W P Partners Legal Recruitment is working with a highly regarded London law firm seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy and growing Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 1–2 years experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, well-established firm handling high-quality work. The role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property matters, working closely with experienced solicitors and a diverse client base.
The Role
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will provide day-to-day support to the Residential Property team, assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting fee earners on a wide range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and Land Registry forms
- Opening and managing client files, ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
- Ordering searches and completing post-completion matters
- Supporting the team with general case management and administrative tasks throughout the conveyancing process
About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with a genuine interest in residential property law. The successful candidate will have:
- Around 1–2 years experience working as a Residential Property Paralegal or in a similar conveyancing support role
- Experience assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients and third parties
- The ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively within a collaborative team
- A Law degree (LLB), LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification
