Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 21 hours per week (ideally between 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. but may be flexible for the right candidate)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Immediate start, whilst recruiting permanently

Duties:

  • Assisting team in gathering and collating information
  • Liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Data analysis and production of reports
  • General administrative tasks

Experience:

  • Must have a good level of administrative experience, previous quality or compliance experience is preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and accuracy skills as well as attention to detail
  • Must have a good level of computer literacy including MS Excel
  • Recent DBS clearance within the last 3 months or part of the update service is required

Salary: Β£13.00 per hour worked
