Duties:
- Customer services and provision of product information face to face and via website
- Uploading new product information and updating website with changes to stock availability
- Processing sales information and payments
- Merchandising stock in store and cleaning items and displays where required
- May also lead to purchasing and pricing products, with training, for the right candidate
Experience:
- Must have previous customer services experience and a good level of communication and presentation
- Must have a good level of computer literacy
- Previous retail experience including e-commerce and payment processing is an advantage
- Must have strong integrity, reliability and be able to work well as part of a small team
