Duties:
- Providing high level customer services face to face, via email and over the phone
- Support service engineers in the sourcing and ordering of parts
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders
- Receive, check and book in deliveries
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders as required
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stock counts
- Maintain records and filing systems
Experience:
- Must have a good level of administrative experience from within a technical environment preferably including stock control and ordering or purchasing
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: £13.50 per hour worked
