Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm
Days: Monday - Wednesday initially, increasing to Monday - Friday after 3 weeks
Duration: temporary, immediate start for a minimum of 6 weeks
Duties:
- Wet lay-up, hand laminating of composite structures, to technical specifications
- Trimming and finishing
- Operation of power tools
- Control of materials and stock rotation
- Adherence to health and safety, COSHH and quality standards
- May require assistance in fit out and site installations
Experience:
- Must have previous wet laminating experience and a good technical aptitude
- Competent at using power tools
- Must be able to work well on own, to instructions as well as part of a team
- Good awareness of health and safety and flexibility with duties
Salary: £14.00 per hour worked
