Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: immediate start for handover, one year in the first instance, may be extended.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes across multiple teams
  • Manage team correspondence
  • Organise meetings and diary management
  • Compile information for service reports
  • Compile monthly work in progress reports and issue completion notices
  • Assist with monthly service payment register
  • Coordinate monthly permit scheme report
  • Complete monthly audits
  • Draft and distribute subcontract renewal agreements
  • Raise subcontract and workshop purchase orders
  • Draft and send Excusing Cause letters
  • Log contractual correspondence and assist in compiling contracts
  • Distribute accrual and deaccrual notices

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative background from within construction or a similar industrial sector with good technical aptitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to work consistently on own initiative to meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and computer literacy including Excel
  • Proactive team player, comfortable engaging and communicating with all levels

Salary £13.46 per hour, equating to £28,000 per annum
