Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Duties:

  • Interpret asset records to enable the provision of accurate responses to Highways Searches.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate record of the publicly maintained highway and highway adoption records.
  • Deliver customer orientated services to ensure search requests are responded to in full compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Assist in the delivery of the street naming and numbering process.

Experience:

  • Must have a good level of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Experience of interpreting map-based information is an advantage.
  • Must have a strong level of accuracy and the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Must be able to work well on own initiative, to deadlines and service standards.
  • Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience of GIS is an advantage.

Salary: £13.81 per hour worked
