Location: Ryde

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00 a.m. - 4.45 p.m., Friday 8.00 a.m. - 2.45 p.m. (From 1st June hours change to 4 day week/38 hrs per week)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Immediate start - ongoing

Duties:

  • Assemble a wide range of parts and components using hand tools, power tools, machinery and specialised equipment.
  • Work to technical specifications, quality standards, established procedures and manufacturing schedules.
  • Align parts to ensure proper fit and function.
  • Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry, whilst maintaining a clean and organised workspace and following safety protocols.

Experience:

  • Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipment.
  • Must have previously manufacturing experience with the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Must have good hand-eye co-ordination and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Salary: £14.00 per hour worked
