Job Description
Electrician

Duties:
\\n
Undertake electrical maintenance on both residential and commercial premises including:
electrical installation condition reports, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, installations and certification, fault finding and repairs.
Identify materials and provide quotations for remedial works,
Undertake risk assessments and method statements where required,
Ensure adherence to electrical, building and health and safety regulations,
Update and maintain job management system.

Experience:
\\n
Must have minimum 5 years experience of working within property maintenance/ construction environment and Level 3 Electrical qualification. 18th edition and 2391 (test and inspect) an advantage.
Must have good level of technical knowledge of working methods, practices, RAMS and regulations.
Must be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to learn new systems.
Must have a full driver's license.
