Duties:
- Delivery of planned and responsive grounds maintenance program including void properties and maintenance and improvements to communal outdoor spaces.
- Managing and developing a team of staff and external contractors.
- Scheduling works, engaging and communicating with residents.
- Ensuring equipment is maintained and work is undertaken to quality and health and safety standards.
- Ordering, stock control and allocation of materials and resources to budget.
Experience:
- Must have previous experience of managing teams within an estate management or garden maintenance service.
- Must have demonstrable knowledge of planning and delivery of work within a customer focused environment, including costing, forecasting and budgets.
- Must have sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
- Must have a full driver's license and own transport.
- This role is subject to a DBS clearance.
Salary: £42,000 - 50,000 per annum plus extensive benefits
