Hours: 40 hours per week plus call out on a rota basis
Days: Monday - Friday plus callout on a rota basis

Duties:
- 1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry
- Installation of windows, doors and door frames, both internal and external
- UPVC servicing and installation
- Locksmithing and gaining entry via snapping, drilling and picking
- Boarding up
- All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels
- Kitchen fitting and minor joinery
Experience:
- Must have previous carpentry experience within residential property maintenance and have minimum of level 2 FENSA qualifications (or minimum of 5 years window and door installation experience)
- Must have a good understanding of health and safety and the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team, to schedules
- Must have full driver's license
- This role is subject to a DBS clearance
Salary: £31,500 - 34,650 DOE plus £335 tool allowance per annum, van and fuel car, flexible benefits and generous pension scheme
