Administrator/ Receptionist

Industry: Property

\\n

Location: Shankin, Isle of Wight

\\n

Hours: 9am - 5pm ( 1 hour unpaid lunch)

\\n

Days: Monday - Friday

\\n

Duration: 11th - 22nd August 2025

\\n

Duties:

\\n

Front of house and telephones duties,
Customer services, taking messages and provision of information,
Diary management and booking appointments,
Typing emails and correspondence,
Updating database.

Experience:

\\n

Must have a good level of administrative experience including customer services,
Previous property industry experience is an advantage,
Must have a good level of computer literacy and MS Office and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
Must have good communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.

Salary: £12.50 per hour worked
