We are a family-run commercial vehicle and plant hire company based in Offham, Kent. Due to recent expansion and the award of a new contract, we are seeking to employ an Administrator to carry out a range of administrative duties.
Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Perform data entry and filing
- Assist with the processing of penalty charge notices
- Help with booking in of services and MOTs on the service desk and service administration
- Maintain accurate records ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately
- Support office management activities such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions
- Support personal assistant duties including calendar management and scheduling for executives or staff members
Skills:
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Minimum of 2 years Administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, with one Saturday morning per month. There is free onsite parking and enrollment into the company pension scheme after the probation period.
