We’re Hiring – Admin & Bookkeeper | Llangefni, Anglesey

At W. O. Jones, we are a proud, 4th generation family‑run business based in Llangefni, and we’re looking to welcome an Admin & Bookkeeper to join our friendly, close‑knit team. This is a varied, hands‑on role that would suit someone who enjoys combining administration, invoicing and bookkeeping, and who values working in a supportive local business where you can really make a difference day‑to‑day.

Role: Admin & Bookkeeper

Location: Llangefni, Anglesey (office‑based)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours)

Salary: £DOE

What the role involves:

  • Processing and issuing invoices
  • Maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Managing billing information and queries
  • General accounts and administrative support
  • Answering calls and welcoming customers face‑to‑face

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous administration experience
  • QuickBooks experience is essential
  • Experience in a finance, accounts or bookkeeping role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Reliable and available to start immediately
