Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in amplifying our media and events, driving audience engagement, supporting the sales pipeline, and contributing to our industry research and content programmes. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and hands‐on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Webinars & Physical Events
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns for webinars and in‐person conventions.
- Manage email marketing, social media posts, event listings, and partner promotions.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and associations to maximise event reach.
- Track attendee registrations and report performance metrics.
- Industry Research & Development
- Conduct research on data center, cloud, connectivity, and digital infrastructure trends.
- Identify emerging topics, market shifts, and speaker opportunities for upcoming events.
- Contribute to content outlines, surveys, and industry reports.
- Monitor competitive landscape and propose new ideas for community engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver marketing collateral, pitch decks, and campaign materials.
- Assist in lead generation and nurturing activities, including CRM updates.
- Prepare audience analytics, marketing summaries, and post‐event reports for clients.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales and promotional assets.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, media, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast‐moving environment.
