As a key member of the W London Talent Resources team, this role supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Office, including recruitment, total compensation, talent development, learning, and performance culture. The position plays a critical role in delivering HR services that anticipate and exceed the needs of our Talent, drive operational excellence, and strengthen W London's bold, inclusive, and innovative culture.
In addition to core HR responsibilities, this role holds strategic accountability for the property's Learning.
