We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our Peripheral Vascular Medical Devices Team in the Southeast of England. The role focuses on developing business opportunities and maximizing profitable sales by building on well‑established relationships and acquiring new customers. This is a remote position; you can work from home within the Southeast of England.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Peripheral Interventional and Peripheral Vascular medical device products portfolio.
- Manage and grow the current business within the territory, as well as actively acquire and develop new customers to maximize profitable sales.
- Analyse and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines.
- Deal with a range of contact points within public and private hospital administrations and their purchasing departments.
- Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, attend surgical procedures, provide clinical product training, conduct product presentations, partner with educational centres of excellence, and be accountable for your own investment budgets.
- Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally, you have a Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Science or professional work experience in a comparable role – we are open to both early‑career and experienced applicants.
- Passionate about medical device sales.
- Strong commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Proactive and self‑motivated.
- Excellent relationship builder.
- Proven ability to prioritise and drive the business to success.
- Natural team‑playing qualities.
- Flexible work ethic, reacting to customer requirements.
- Ability to undertake travel in the UK and Ireland and internationally to sales meetings, conferences, and trainings.
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
