About The Role
Reporting to the W Lounge Manager for W Edinburgh, the W Lounge Supervisor is responsible for directing the daily operation of the floor, ensuring the floor team works together to provide exceptional service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is motivated, a people-person and passionate about what they do!
- Help to recruit and retain the best talent on the market.
- Develop teamwork throughout your team as it grows.
- Manage the daily performance of your team, giving appropriate and timely feedback to maintain service standards.
- Lead by example, displaying the highest standards of hospitality to guests and talent.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring the team is thoroughly trained in all aspects of service.
- Resolve any guest complaints swiftly and to the full satisfaction of the guest.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and licensing.
- Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Work in collaboration with the wider Beverage and Food team.
- Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent.
