Your role in the spotlight
- Learning & Development
- Track, schedule, and champion all training across the hotel
- Deliver sessions with confidence, charisma, and clarity
- Run a new hire orientation that makes people say “Wow” (and mean it)
- Monitor compliance and training completion like the superstar you are
- Help departments cross-train talent so everyone keeps levelling up
- Recruitment
- Support interviews and talent selection—from welcome handshake to contract
- Monitor and champion recruitment pipelines
- Represent W London at careers fairs and events
- Build relationships with local networks and industry partners
- Monitor job requisitions, hiring policies and HR scorecard goals
- Employee Relations
- Keep communication open, friendly, and always authentic
- Help leaders navigate performance, development, and policies
- Support investigations, accident reviews, and wellbeing initiatives
- Be that safe space where talent can talk, ask, laugh, or vent
- Safety & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist with compliance across GDPR, right-to-work, and HR policies
- Support safety training and help communicate property rules
- Work with external partners on claims and reporting
