About The Role
Reporting to the Style Manager (Housekeeping Manager), as Linen Porter you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas.
Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s operation and beyond.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and committed to excellence.
As Linen Porter, key aspects of your role will include:
- Sorting, counting, recording and checking in and out of all linen.
- Washing, drying, pressing, folding and removing stains from clothes and other textiles.
- Reporting any maintenance issues.
- Cleaning and maintaining storage areas, corridors and public spaces.
- Stocking linen trolleys, Housekeeping cupboards and guest service items.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols.
- Providing guests with requested service and handling any special requests.
- Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent.
