W Edinburgh is hiring a Joao's Place Supervisor to join the team in our award‑winning cocktail bar, Joao's Place. The supervisor reports to the General Manager – SUSHISAMBA and partners with the Head Bartender to drive daily operations, ensuring the bar team delivers exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain top talent.
- Develop teamwork throughout the team.
- Act as a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in interactions with guests and talent.
- Lead by example, displaying the highest standards of hospitality to guests and talent.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and licensing.
- Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the wider Beverage and Food team to ensure a successful operation that upholds the high standards guests expect.
