About The Role
Reporting to the Reservations and Reception Manager for all the beverage and food facilities at W Edinburgh, you will be the key point of contact for our guests while they look to make use of our momentous offerings: making them feel welcome, making and confirming reservations, providing recommendations and ensuring they have the best possible time with us. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people‑person and passionate!
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and selling the products on offer of our Beverage and Food Facilities
- Ensure guests are booked in according to the floor plan and availability
- Communicate any important guest information to the relevant department and management team
- Work as part of a wider team
- Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
- Confidence interacting with guests via telephone, email and chat services
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal English
- Multi‑tasking skills and thrives off fast paced environments
