Responsibilities
- Prepare breads and pastries—mixing doughs, whipping up fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating to perfection.
- Follow the daily production sheet to know exactly what delicious baked goods to create each morning.
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Keep kitchen logs up to date to ensure top food safety compliance.
- Keep our Head Chef in the loop about any extra ingredients for creative daily specials.
- Use baking and kitchen tools safely and efficiently to deliver consistent results.
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout your shift to delight every guest.
- Help train, schedule, and motivate fellow team members, setting a positive example in the kitchen.
- Bring energy, teamwork, and a passion for breakfast to our vibrant kitchen environment.
