About the Role
Reporting to the B&F Operations Manager, the Beverage Production Specialist will assist in the daily operation of the bar, ensuring the bar team has the resources to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role is instrumental to the success of the restaurant’s operations and requires creativity, motivation, and passion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a team leader, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Prepare and produce in‑house cordials, syrups, spirit infusions and more.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Batch large‑scale mixes for all bars across the hotel.
- Develop teamwork throughout the bars to ensure seamless communication.
- Demonstrate flexibility and meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
Qualifications
- In‑depth knowledge of mixology techniques.
- Previous experience working in high‑end, high‑volume restaurants and/or bars.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for true hospitality.
