YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT
- Responsible for the daily operations at The Perception Bar.
- Be the expert on food and beverage, knowing all the ins and outs of our menus, hotel facilities, and possibilities.
- Make suggestions for cocktails and food pairings.
- Follow service standards and operating procedures from the beginning to the end of each order and interaction.
- Show guests our Whatever/Whenever service and connect with them to personalise that service, creating memorable experiences.
- Maintain a clean environment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with loud music.
- Communicate with your team and other departments effectively.
