What Youll Be Doing;Tender writing and the final part of the strategy around tenders
- Work with a team who will actively search and track new tender opportunities
- Ensure correct industry codes are used for relevant tender alerts
- Manage access and credentials for all tender portals
- Finalise all bids putting your experience to play
- Bit write the final presentation
- Manage a team of people working in this area in the group
Tender Management & Coordination
- Communicate new tenders to relevant business partners for approval.
- Review all tender documents inSharePoint. Before submitting them
- Oversee the entire submission process, ensuring compliance with all requirements
Project Coordination
- Oversea ourtender project management trackerto assign tasks and set deadlines.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information.
- Ensure timely and high-quality submission of all tenders
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date company documentation for tenders
- Keep a database of standard responses and update as needed
Bid Preparation & Submission
- Work with technical teams to create competitive, high-quality bids
- Proofread, quality-check, and submit tenders on time
Stakeholder Communication
- Keep theMarketing manager & CEO plus key stakeholders updated on tender progress
- Conduct post-tender debriefs to enhance future bids
Minimum requirement.
- Experience:Minimum 4 years in tender coordination, ideally in engineering or construction
- Education:3rd-level degree
Skills:
- Strongorganisational & project managementabilities
- Excellentattention to detail& ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (especially Excel)
