Multi-Skilled Crane Engineer

As part of theWH Scott Group, we are seeking highly skilled and motivatedMulti-Skilled / Maintenance Engineersto join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will:

  • Attend breakdowns, perform servicing, testing, and commissioning of overhead gantry cranes and associated lifting equipment.
  • Support the installation of lifting equipment for a variety of customers across the South East.
  • Work with electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the highest quality of maintenance and service.

What Were Looking For

To succeed in this role, youll need:

  • Proven experiencein preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Electrical engineering expertisewith a solid understanding of three-phase control systems.
  • Mechanical experiencewith medium to large motors, electro-mechanical brakes, and reduction gearboxes.
  • Familiarity withPLCs and inverter control systems(desirable but not essential).
  • A validdriving licenseand a willingness to travel (25% travel required).
