Multi-Skilled Crane Engineer

About the Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will:
- Attend breakdowns, perform servicing, testing, and commissioning of overhead gantry cranes and associated lifting equipment.
- Support the installation of lifting equipment for a variety of customers across the South East.
- Work with electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the highest quality of maintenance and service.
What Were Looking For
To succeed in this role, youll need:
- Proven experiencein preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Electrical engineering expertisewith a solid understanding of three-phase control systems.
- Mechanical experiencewith medium to large motors, electro-mechanical brakes, and reduction gearboxes.
- Familiarity withPLCs and inverter control systems(desirable but not essential).
- A validdriving licenseand a willingness to travel (25% travel required).
