Job description

We are currently seeking a full time Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join our small Residential Property team at W Davies based in Woking in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career at a well-established firm in the local area.

Main responsibilities

You will work closely with a friendly and dedicated team and the role involves managing a caseload of residential property matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • New builds
  • Council right to buy
  • Lease extensions
  • Title queries
  • Transfers of part
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, be IT literate and experience using a case management system is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills and be capable of delivering a high standard of client care whilst working in an efficient manner and achieving monthly billing targets.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
