W.B. Griffiths & Son Ltd are looking for a reliable and motivated Part 2 Scaffolder to join our in-house Scaffolding Division. The successful candidate will work across a variety of construction projects, supporting the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently
  • Work as part of our Scaffolding Division on live construction sites
  • Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
  • Carry out inspections and report any defects or issues
  • Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and site teams

Requirements

  • CISRS Part 2 Scaffolding qualification
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Previous scaffolding experience essential
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work at height and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • HGV Licence (Preferable but not essential)
