What You'll Be Doing:
- Event Setup & Logistics – Picking, loading, delivering, and installing event equipment at high-profile venues.
- Marquee Design & Construction – Building and designing structures that impress.
- Hands-On Carpentry & Maintenance – Carrying out basic repairs, custom builds, and modifications on marquees, furniture, and other event structures.
- Warehouse Work – Organising stock and ensuring smooth operations.
- Driving & Transport – Operating 3.5t vans and pickups with trailers.
- On-Site Client Interaction – Communicating professionally with clients to maintain our high service standards.
- Quality Control – Ensuring equipment is delivered in pristine condition and meets our top-tier standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Due to fleet insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 25 or over (essential)
- Comfortable with hands-on work – some basic carpentry, maintenance, and practical problem-solving is required
- Attention to detail – we don’t cut corners!
- Strong English communication skills
- Events experience (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility – start times between 7-8 AM, weekend work availability. We work on a rota system.
