An exciting new opportunity is available for a Freight Operations Coordinator with a Heathrow Freight Forwarder. This is a chance to work with a professional, reputable team and to grow and develop your career.
The successful candidate should have a freight forwarding operations background, ideally suited for someone commercially aware with some air or sea export experience who is looking for the challenge to kick start their career for a promising future. Any freight forwarding experience will be considered, and there will be the chance to diversify into all aspects of freight forwarding. The successful candidate will be able to take initiative and think ‘on their feet’, and should be ambitious and flexible, looking for long-term career prospects.
Required Experience for the Freight Operations Coordinator:- Air and/or Sea export operations experience (2 years minimum)
- Excellent English communication and IT skills
- Commercially aware
- Able to commute easily to Langley at least 3 days per week
- Team player
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Mon-Fri 9-5.30 (hours can be flexible with some hybrid if needed)
- £30-35k DOE & NEG
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
