Key Responsibilities
- Milestone checking and reporting.
- KPI reviews and problem solving.
- Managing accounts receivables for clients managed.
- Quoting and preparation of monthly tariffs.
- Work with clients to develop new trade lanes or services.
- Using CargoWise Freight Software.
- Knowledge of Import Ops (start to finish) including Customs (preferred).
- Review and update SOPs.
- Onboard new accounts onto our shipment visibility platform utilizing SOP templates.
- Day‑to‑day client relationship building.
- Ad‑hoc client projects.
- Onsite client visits and potential travel.
- Car Driver preferred.
