Must Haves

- Experience using Navisworks & Revizto for clash detection and coordination
- Familiarity with COBie data structures and implementation for MEP systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards

Job Description
The Revit MEP Technician will work closely with our mechanical, electrical, and public health engineers, supporting the design process by developing accurate, coordinated Revit MEP models. This role involves translating engineering concepts into detailed BIM models and 2D drawings in accordance with RIBA Work Stages 1 to 5, while ensuring alignment with architectural and structural disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for:
- Mechanical ventilation systems
- Heating and cooling systems
- Domestic water and drainage systems
- Electrical infrastructure and containment
Note: Training and support will be provided for COBie implementation, Dynamo scripting, and other specialist tools as required.
The BIM Team
The BIM team currently includes 6 members which include a BIM Specialist. As part of the BIM team the candidate will be working closely within project teams that typically consist of a director, electrical engineers and mechanical engineers. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects which include (but not limited to) leisure centres, education projects, commercial projects, healthcare projects and high density residential projects.
Package
- Salary negotiable to suit candidate
