Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in outbound telesales, sales or customer service

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes
Desirable
- Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
