The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Global Client Acquisition to lead and grow our business development teams across the UK and EU. This role will focus on securing and expanding relationships with multinational and global customers, positioning Vyta as a trusted international partner for secure and sustainable IT lifecycle services. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for securing and expanding large-scale enterprise opportunities that can be delivered both through Vyta's own operational locations and through a growing network of global service delivery partners. The candidate will understand how IT lifecycle management, ESG priorities, data security and circular economy principles intersect within enterprise organisations and how to position these commercially at executive level. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking, enterprise relationship development and commercial execution at an international level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally develop and maintain senior strategic relationships with multinational customers, partners and key industry stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor and develop business development teams across the UK and Europe
  • Build a high-performance outbound and strategic sales culture focused on enterprise opportunity creation and long-term strategic growth
  • Develop and execute international business development strategies focused on multinational customers
  • Drive global account acquisition and expansion opportunities across multiple territories and verticals
  • Build commercial opportunities that leverage both Vyta operational sites and global partner delivery networks
  • Create scalable commercial frameworks for delivering consistent global lifecycle and ITAD services
  • Support the development of global service propositions across lifecycle management, ESG reporting and secure data destruction
  • Lead complex multi-country commercial discussions, RFPs and procurement engagements
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy and strategic revenue growth across international markets
  • Help position Vyta as a global leader in secure, sustainable IT lifecycle services

What We're Looking For

  • Essential Experience winning and managing multinational enterprise accounts
  • Track record of delivering significant revenue growth in complex B2B environments
  • Experience operating through international partner or service delivery networks
  • Strong understanding of global service delivery models
  • Ability to build strategic relationships across international markets
  • Experience navigating complex global procurement environments

The role will involve regular international travel across customer, partner and operational locations.
