Your new role:
- Working in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date.
- Work alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience.
- Learn a range of technical skills including cabling/patching and the installation of server, network and storage hardware.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- No experience required – just a willingness to learn with a friendly, professional and flexible attitude.
- You must be able to pass security checks for this job, including SC and BPSS clearance.
- Full UK Driving License and your own personal car is essential for this position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
