Vypr is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Insights Manager) to drive retention, expansion and lifetime value for mid-market customers. You will onboard new clients, monitor health metrics, and advocate for product enhancements while collaborating with the Account Manager to maximize ARR.
The role is hybrid with regular trips to our Manchester office and a training period on-site, supporting customers across our platform and processes to deliver measurable value.
