What we do
Vypr is a Manchester-based SaaS company backed by Private Equity and Venture Capital. Our cutting-edge product intelligence platform delivers dependable consumer data, empowering manufacturers and retailers to understand customer preferences and streamline the development process, resulting in superior products brought to market more quickly.
As a rapidly scaling business with ambitious growth targets, we have demonstrated strong product-market fit and are poised for accelerated expansion. By leveraging advanced new technologies, we are reinventing our product intelligence platform with limitless future possibilities, from personalization to AI-enhanced insights.
The opportunity
The role is ideal for a seasoned SaaS marketing generalist who has worked in content-heavy production environments and used them to drive revenue numbers.
This is the senior content and content-delivery role in our marketing function — the engine that takes business requirements in from across the company, turns them into marketing briefs, and gets the resulting content and campaigns produced, shipped and measured. Every brief carries a commercial objective and every output is tracked through to its impact on pipeline and revenue — content here is judged by what it moves, not what it ships. You run delivery and traffic management across the whole team through Monday.com, lead content and campaign production, run PR, co-design partnerships, and hold the brand and messaging standard across what we publish.
You take the strategy, positioning and priorities set by the CMO and turn them into a consistent, commercially-measured presence across both new-business and existing-customer audiences. It’s a broad, senior operator’s role built on project discipline and commercial accountability — the delivery engine that keeps the whole marketing team (demand generation, customer, product and content) moving to capacity and priority, with a Content Marketing Executive and a Digital Marketing Executive reporting to you.
What you’ll do
- Run the briefing-to-delivery engine, and be accountable for on-time, on-brief delivery
- Own project management and delivery in Monday.com as the backbone of the function
- Tie every campaign to commercial outcomes
- Own and report the core marketing metrics
- Own the supply chain for our insight reports programme
- Work with the Demand Generation team
- Co-design and run partnerships
- Own the PR programme and agency relationship operationally
- Support our organic social programme
- Deploy product marketing across owned and earned channels
- Own the AI content studio / content-agents function
- Hold the delivery quality bar
- Manage the overall marketing and core-marketing budget day to day
How you’ll work with the team
You’re the operational and metrics hub. You partner with the CMO on the calendar, priorities and standards, and run the delivery machine that ships them — owning traffic management, timelines and the commercial measurement loop. You power the campaigns; Demand Generation executes them in-channel and reports results back, and those results — pipeline, conversion, ROI — feed straight into the next round.
You supply and co-deliver with the Customer & Product Marketing Specialist and the Demand Generation Specialists (UK and Australia). They bring you briefs for customer, product and new-business campaigns; you shape and deliver them, and they report execution impact back to sharpen the next round. It runs both ways: the Customer & Product Marketing Specialist also feeds you the positioning and competitive material your team publishes, plus what Customer Success, Account Management and Customer Solutions are hearing from customers — insight that shapes what you plan.
Reporting to you, the Content Marketing Executive covers long-form, insight reports, thought leadership and editorial; the Digital Marketing Executive covers website, organic social, SEO/AIO and short-form. The CMO is pulled in for strategic initiatives that need an operational touch and to manage gaps in the team where needed. You allocate capacity and hold the quality bar.
What you’ll bring
- Project management at the core. A formal project-management qualification, or a strong track record of delivering marketing projects in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Pace and load. Comfortable running multiple complex workstreams to short deadlines, and delivering visible impact at scale-up speed.
- SaaS demand-generation and funnel fluency. A working understanding of the SaaS demand-generation funnel and its metrics — ideally the SiriusDecisions (now Forrester) Demand Waterfall — with the confidence to own pipeline, conversion and attribution metrics alongside Demand Generation and RevOps, and optimise campaigns against them.
- Customer and product marketing depth. A higher degree of customer and product marketing understanding — product launch sequences, customer and demand ABM tactics, and event-based marketing execution from lead management through to event ROI tracking, across both demand generation and customer marketing events.
- Senior B2B SaaS marketing operator — from a content, campaigns, communications or marketing-delivery background — in insights, market research, ResTech or similar, with a track record of directing others’ work, and doing it yourself when needed.
- Sound editorial and brand/messaging judgement.
- Experience building or running AI content studio / content-agent workflows is a strong plus.
How success is measured
Calendar adherence and on-time / on-brief delivery of assets; Marketing-Generated and Marketing-Influenced pipeline and revenue across new-business and existing-customer; campaign-level funnel conversion (MQL, SAL) tracked in HubSpot; core Brand (Marketing) VOS metrics owned and reported to the CMO monthly; organic social growth and engagement; PR placements; delivery health in Monday.com; budget managed to plan; team development and retention.
1. Delivery & project-management discipline — orchestrating the whole team’s work through Monday.com to capacity and priority: calendar, prioritisation, traffic management, delivery and quality control.
2. Commercial & funnel fluency — tying campaigns to pipeline, conversion and revenue attribution alongside demand generation.
3. Customer & product marketing execution — launch sequences, ABM and event marketing, with lead management and event ROI tracking.
4. Integrated content & campaign leadership — running channels as one discipline, deploying positioning consistently across every owned channel.
5. Briefing & delivery accountability — taking briefs in from across the business, shaping them, and delivering via internal/external resources on time and on brief. Managing the Marketing Request channel on Slack for incoming marketing requests from the wider business.
6. Team, agency & budget direction — developing two executives, directing external partners, and holding vendors and spend to plan.
7. AI content-agent building — designing and running AI content studio / agent workflows for throughput, without sacrificing craft.
