Our cross-functional, agile product team brings together content and product designers, delivery managers, engineers and product managers to solve valuable business problems and deliver against Vypr’s product roadmap.
About the role: You’ll work with colleagues across Vypr to understand and solve valuable customer problems taking a user-centered approach. The work will be varied, you’ll be tackling new feature design, discovering new customer needs, defining content design standards and patterns, collaborating with experts to write longform content, and exploring how to help customers solve problems using AI.

Things you are good at: We’re looking for a content designer that has worked in an agile product development team across various stages of the product development process from discovery to iteration of live features. You’ll have a background in copywriting, content design or UX writing with robust experience in an inhouse team or agency. You have good command of design tools such as Figma, Miro and Notion. You’re comfortable talking to users and are knowledgeable about user research best practice.
