Step into the front lines of the fight against financial crime — where your marketing expertise helps institutions truly understand what’s happening inside their transactions. At Vyntra, we’re redefining how financial institutions identify and manage risk. Our transaction observability platform goes beyond traditional monitoring, combining deep domain expertise with advanced AI to reveal hidden behaviours, accelerate investigations, and strengthen financial crime defences end-to-end.
We don’t just detect anomalies. We explain them, contextualise them, and help institutions act with clarity and confidence. We’re looking for a marketer who’s curious, commercially minded, and ready to turn strong ideas into measurable impact. This is a hands-on role spanning go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and content — shaping how a new category of transaction intelligence is understood and adopted by leading banks and fintechs. The role is based in Mechelen, Yverdon-les-Bain or London, with three days per week on site.
What you’ll do
- Build and own the go-to-market strategy for Vyntra’s transaction observability, from clear positioning through to pipeline-driving activity.
- Define and evolve personas and messaging for fraud, AML, compliance, investigations, and risk stakeholders — showing how observability improves real-world workflows and outcomes.
- Develop and run multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including targeted, account-specific initiatives suited to regulated, high-stakes environments.
- Create compelling content — thought leadership, solution explainers, case studies, and educational material — that positions Vyntra as a leader in transaction observability.
- Translate complex analytics, AI models, and behavioural insights into clear, credible narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
- Partner closely with Product and Sales to support launches, refine value propositions, and ensure consistency across the customer journey.
- Support demand generation through testing, optimisation, and channel experimentation, with a strong focus on commercial impact.
Who you are
- 2–5 years’ B2B marketing experience in fintech, payments or other regulated markets. Experience in transaction monitoring or a closely related solution is a strong advantage.
- A strong storyteller, able to turn data, analytics, and AI concepts into clear business value.
- Hands-on and commercially oriented — comfortable shaping strategy and executing day to day.
- Curious, adaptable, and energised by working in a fast-moving, scaling company.
- Comfortable using data and experimentation to guide decisions and improve performance.
