An exciting role for a creative and enthusiastic individual to provide an accurate and prompt reprographics service to the school and to assist with the production of corridor displays and other marketing material.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and have a good eye for design and creativity.
The successful candidate will:
- Operate the central copiers and printing equipment, producing high quality printing of all key school documents, teaching resources and the annual school staff handbook.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on the production of eye-catching and informative corridor displays.
- Keep abreast of school events and take initiative to suggest relevant displays and the sourcing of materials.
- Ability to play a part in promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students and to act as an appropriate role model for young people.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Possess a good office / administrative experience, particularly in a creative environment.
- Have a proven track record of good working relationships and professionalism.
Vyners is a very popular and oversubscribed mixed eight form entry, 11-18 comprehensive school, situated in a pleasant residential area in North West London, bordering Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We have a track record of real success at all Key Stages. In 2024, 81% of students achieved grades 9-4 in both English and Maths at GCSE and we are consistently ranked in the top 10% of all schools nationally for progress measures and attainment. At A-Level 26% of all grades were A* - A and 50% A* - B.
The school converted to academy status on 1 November 2011 and is part of the Vanguard Learning Trust which also includes one other secondary and three primary schools. We are well known for high academic standards, good behaviour, and our strong community spirit including a strong house system with students leading their peers.
