Job Title: Home Claims Handler Location: Leicester or Bexhill – Hybrid We invite you to consider joining our team if you meet some of our criteria, even if not all. We value enthusiasm and potential. Role Overview: Reporting to the Desk Surveyor Team Leader, your responsibilities include managing home claims processes, supporting desktop settlements, liaising with suppliers, and supporting customers. Key Responsibilities: Act as a referral point for colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders. Participate in WIP review meetings to manage claim lifecycles. Ensure compliance with procedures and manage claims files accurately. Navigate systems like Fintech, Core Logic, and Respond. Handle incoming calls to support customers effectively. Essential Skills/Experience: Customer service experience in insurance, preferably claims. Ability to work remotely using online tools like MS Teams. Efficient and accurate work ethic aligned with SLAs and targets. Strong system navigation skills. Excellent communication skills for internal and external relationships.
