Job Details
- Build moderately complex programs and modifications from supplied specifications, using agreed standards and tools.
- Plan, design, and conduct tests, correct errors, and retest for error-free results.
- Document all work according to standards.
- Participate in reviews of your own work and colleagues' work.
- Ensure that you and any direct reports meet customer expectations and provide fair outcomes.
- Question and challenge peers and managers on processes that do not meet these expectations, always placing customer interests at the core.
Skills We Would Love You to Have
- Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, Microsoft SQL Server, Temenos EdgeConnect, Thunderhead, Dynatrace APM, Web Security, IBM WebSphere.
- Experience with customer-facing web e-commerce sites and distributed n-tier architectures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, teamwork, planning, and organization skills, familiarity with Agile development, and numerical skills.
- IT professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
