Week 1: Mon: 11:30 – 19:30 Wed: 10:30 – 18:30 Thurs: 10:30 – 18:30 Fri: 10:30 – 18:30 – No weekends.
Week 2: Mon: 13:00 – 20:30 Tues: 13:00 – 20:30 Wed: 13:00 – 20:30 Thurs: 13:00 – 20:30 Sat: 09:00 – 16:30 Sun: 10:00 – 17:00.

Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Leader to join our Interventions team during a record breaking year, focusing on limiting our indemnity spend by working with their teams to further the success of attracting and managing Third Party customers.
As a leader within our Intervention Team you will support us in delivering excellent claim journeys to our Non-Fault Third Parties claiming through Hastings Direct. You will focus on supporting the team on efficiently creating positive customer journeys and making intelligent commercial decisions.
Job details – you\’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:
- Ensuring that your team achieves all quality and customer outcomes
- Embedding a coaching and performance management culture within your team, ensuring teams are engaged, motivated within a fun working atmosphere
- Satisfying customers with each and every interactions
- Ensuring that the operational goals of the department are met, including telephony adherence and Claims KPI\’s
- Conducting audit and quality checks of colleagues work, and providing feedback where required
- Collaborating with other Claims Teams to identify process improvements to ensure that Hastings Direct are a market leading insurer
Essential Skills We Would Love You To Have
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience of leading an operational team, ideally within Insurance or Sales
- Track record of building high levels of engagement with teams, ensuring the ability to deliver exceptional customer and colleague outcomes
- Able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
