Warehouse/Dispatch Assistant

VX3 is a specialist sportswear brand, providing team kits to sports teams, educational institutions and other organisations, as well operating our own direct to consumer retail business. Due to increased demand, we are looking for a Warehouse/Dispatch Assistant to work within out team. The role will be varied as you will be required to assist various departments dependant on workloads.

Smooth running of the warehouse department is key to the business operating successfully, and as such we are looking for the below credentials:

• Good communicator with ability to operate within a team environment

Warehouse experience would be preferable, but a willingness to learn, develop, and help the business move forward is equally important.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive, check, and store incoming stock and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – if applicable) safely and responsibly.
• Ensure goods are dispatched on time in line with delivery schedules.
• Label, organize, and manage stock in a clean, orderly manner.
• Assist in stock counts
• Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support general warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Provide ad-hoc support to warehouse supervisors and management as required.

As an individual you will have exceptional attention to detail mixed with the ability to work well as an individual.

Working hours Monday – Friday,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,400.00 per year
