The Role
The on‑site Videographer & Editor will become a key member of the in-house content production team. Based in Torbay, you’ll produce dynamic visual content that captures the energy and essence of:
- Brand campaigns
- Social content, athlete features, documentary films and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling
We’re not a corporate silo - you’ll have creative ownership and the ability to help shape VX3’s visual voice.
You’ll Thrive If You:
- Have 3+ years\' experience in shooting and editing content
- You bring a cinematic eye to brand storytelling - sharp framing, dynamic movement, and purposeful editing. Content that looks like it belongs in a campaign, not just a feed
- Tell stories with emotion, energy, clarity - far from generic B‑roll
- Can edit quickly, creatively, and for multiple platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Have a strong visual eye-lighting, framing, sound
- Work well both independently and collaboratively
- Bonus: Sports, fashion, or youthful brand experience
